If you order 6 or more bottles (at least € 40,-), the delivery in Latsia is for free! Select in the shop your products and press the button "go to checkout" and choose "Delivery in Latsia is for free!" Continue "checkout". Now you can choose your Payment Method. If you like to pay by paypal or credit card, select "Paypal", if you want to pay cash, select "Cash on Delivery". We will go in touch with you asap to confirm the order and to let you know about the delivery date and time. Note: If the ZIP Code of your home address belongs not to Latsia or you ordered less than € 40,-, the option "Delivery in Latsia is for free!" will not appear.

Easy shopping in Nicosia:

If you order for more than € 60,-, the delivery in Nicosia is for free! Select in the shop your wines (min € 60,-) press the button "go to checkout" and choose Delivery in Nicosia is for free!" Continue "checkout". Now you can choose your Payment Method. If you like to pay by paypal or credit card, select "Paypal", if you want to pay cash, select "Cash on Delivery". We will go in touch with you asap to confirm the order and to let you know about the delivery date and time. Note: If the ZIP Code of your home address belongs not to Nicosia or the total amount of your purchaise is less than € 60,-,  the option "Delivery in Nicosia is for free!" will not appear.

Surprise somebody in Cyprus with a single bottle:

Choose a nice bottle from our online shop and tell us the address of the recipiant in Cyprus. We send the bottle by Cyprus Post in a secure double layered box within Cyprus and we charge you only € 3,- for the shipment. The recipiant will find a greeting card next to the bottle with the text: With Compliments "YOUR NAME".

You are very welcome to place and pay for your order online and collect it from our shop in Latsia.

Delivery Time:

The delivery time varies with the chosen shipping method. The available shipping methods depend on the products purchased. All orders are sent by registered mail and you will be issued a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges:

We guarantee that you will like what you buy by offering a 30 day Return and Exchange policy.

Returns:

1. Please inform us at info@liquid-spirit.eu within 30 days of the date of purchase if you intend to return/exchange a product.

2. State the items you would like to return and the reason for the return.

3. Shipping cost is no refundable as it went into the initial shipment of the order.

4. The returned item/s must be in its original/unused condition. Damaged or used goods will be discarded and rejected.

5. Incomplete packaging will result in a re-stocking fee.

6. If the order was shipped as part of a free shipping promotion a 20% fee will be deducted from the amount to cover the initial shipping charges.

7. We do not offer cash/debit refunds. Your Liquid Spirit account will be credited with the amount refunded to you.

Exchanges:

Our exchanges are in the form of a return for credit and you can place a new order anytime at www.liquid-spirit.eu at your convenience. This works out to an exchange effectively and the net cost to you will still be the same as a 'traditional' exchange because the shipping cost is not covered like in any exchange. The advantage to you is that the processing for your new items can begin as soon as you place the new order without the need to wait for the return of your old package. Defects. Defects are extremely rare due to the high quality of our products. We also personally check every item thoroughly before sending it you. However if you believe that the product that you have received is defective:

1.Do not use/open the product. If the product was used or opened, there will be no way to return.

2. Take clear macro (the flower icon on your camera) photos of the defect and send them to info@liquid-spirit.eu.
