Description:
The Sauvignon blanc is the white grape varietal, which produces some of the most popular dry white wines in the world. This variety found its ideal climatic conditions for developing its unique aromatic notes on the hills running along the Adige River, where there are strong temperature changes. Traditional white vinification with a brief contact on the skins to ensure the transfer of the grape's aromas and characteristics to the wine, followed by a temperature controlled fermentation at around 16-18°C
Pairing:
Suitable for smoked and grilled fish, white meat, ham, polenta dishes, lightly-cooked vegetables, mid-seasoned cheeses.
