Description:
In the Middle Ages, a German bishop who sent his servant to find accommodation for a trip to Rome. Everywhere, where the wine was good, he should EST! (Latin: This is) writing on the door. Montefiascone he was so inspired that he wrote the word three times. The wine made by Falesco could be the best, which is sold under that name. Pressed, he is made from Trebbiano, Malvasia and Roscetto. He brings a surprisingly good structure and with a certain firmness and fullness on the palate. The acidity nicely complements the subtle fruit. This is reminiscent of apples, blossom and tangerine peel with a special spice makes this wine from italy appetite for more. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, this young wine is straw yellow with a bouquet of ripe fruits. The palate shows soft aromas of pear and melon.

Excellent as an aperitif, this wine with fish or white meat are combined.
